Welcome Letter

Hey UCHS Family!

For any of you returning mentors, we are experiencing some exciting new changes this year. First, UCHS has switched to block scheduling, meaning that students now have four 1.5-hour classes a day and a half hour for lunch depending on their grade level. Mondays and Wednesdays are A Days, Tuesdays and Thursdays are B Days, and Fridays alternate. Second, the Student Success Center has moved from the basement to the second floor in what used to be the STEAM pod. Though we no longer do individual academic tutoring, mentors will still staff the SSC for drop-in tutoring after school. We look forward to working with all you wonderful mentors, new and old, this year!

Allyson & Megan
